Services offered by Carlie Jaye Johnson are not a replacement for one-on-one professional therapy, or any other type of traditional alcohol addiction support/therapy. Coaching is an additional support resource that may complement your other endeavours to reduce your consumption of alcohol.
There are many free helplines and treatment options available in Australia, such as: Reach Out, Counselling Online, AA Australia, SMART Recovery and Lifeline.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that Carlie Jaye Johnson is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

Delivery Of Goods
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Carlie Jaye Johnson.
Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

Program Cancellations
Time to Shine and Carlie Jaye Johnson reserve the right to cancel a program, refuse any enrolment, adjust fees, vary course content or course schedules at any time as deemed necessary.
Session Cancellations
If you do not give at least 24 hours notification that you cannot attend your session, a cancellation fee will apply, equivalent to the value of the missed session.
Withdrawal Fees / Refunds – Coaching Services
Returns or refunds for coaching services are not available if you change your mind about your purchase. Clients choosing to withdraw from a program will forfeit a portion of their program fee as follows:
Withdrawal up to 7 days before the advertised start date – withdrawal fee is equal to the program deposit.
Withdrawal after commencement of the advertised start date – withdrawal fee is equal to the full program amount.
Returns / Refunds – Artwork Purchases
Should you wish to return your artwork order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely return and receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened artwork will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly. All refunds are made at the discretion of Carlie Jaye Johnson.
Program Transfer or Upgrade
Clients may transfer or upgrade to another program of equal or higher retail price if the original, and transfer or upgrade programs have not yet commenced, at the time of application.
Transferring to a program of higher cost incurs a fee equal to the difference between the program that the client originally enrolled in and the cost of the upgrade program.
Problems or Questions
If Time to Shine or Carlie Jaye Johnson become aware of any ongoing concerns or problems concerning our practices, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns.
