    In this package we figure out the changes you want to make in your relationship with alcohol, we identify a goal of where you would like to be in the future and develop a simple plan for you to take steps towards achieving it.

    This package provides 1 week of daily check-in support to start you off on the right foot.

    Perfect for those who are sober curious and not really sure where to start.

    Includes:

    • 1 x 1 hour coaching session

    • Follow-up email with session notes, action plan and additional resources

    • 1 week daily check-in and support

    Investment - $135 (single payment)

  • Kick Starter

    This package is specifically for those who have already embarked on their alcohol-free journey and want to arm themselves with the education, tools & strategies to achieve lasting change into the future.

    We touch base for one hour each week, over the course of 3 weeks to discuss and analyse what is working for you and what isn’t. You will be introduced to some key recovery concepts and topics that will enhance and support your journey.

    This is a personalised package, based on your specific goals.

    Includes:

    • 3 x 1 hour coaching sessions

    • Follow-up email with session notes, action plan and additional resources

    • Daily check-in support & accountability for the first 3 weeks of your alcohol-free journey.

    Investment - $125 per week (3 weeks)

  • Alcohol-Free Adventure

    In this package we work together for 6 weeks on overcoming your specific challenges and goals in relation to alcohol.

    This package feels like having a friend that you catch up with each week, who is solely focused on helping you achieve your goal and talking through everything and anything that comes up for you along the way.

    By the end of our 6 weeks together you will have built a toolkit that will enable you to feel confident to move forward on your adventure, in whatever way feels right for you.
